The LG Splendor Is On Its Way To U.S. Cellular


Documents leaked by none other than LG confirmed the upcoming arrival of the LG Optimus L7 on the U.S. market soon. The Optimus L7 will be sold by U.S. Cellular which will be calling the device the LG Splendor US730. The documents consisted of a product page and a product brochure. The former had already been removed by LG whereas the second remains available for perusal.

Among the key features of the LG Splendor is the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. It is powered by a MSM8655 1GHz processor under the hood and comes with 2GB of storage capacity. Users needing more, however, may use a microSD card to expand the memory.

It also sports a 5-megapixel main camera with various features such as Cheese Shutter, Continuous Shot, and Panorama. Moreover, the camera has the capability to record videos in True-to-Life 720 High Definition. Such camera is complemented by a VGA camera which is located on the phone’s front. A feature called SmartShare allows users to share content easily with other devices that have DLNA sans the need for wires. It also offers Wi-Fi as well as Bluetooth 3.0 connectivity.
